“No trumpets sound when the important decisions of our life are made. Destiny is made known silently.” by Agnes De Mille
You’re about to conquer Mount Gigglepuff, the silliest mountain in the whole wide world! You’ve got your super-duper climbing boots (the ones with the googly eyes) and a backpack full of giggle-granola bars. You’ve even practiced your triumphant yodel – it sounds a bit like a cat stuck in a kazoo, but it’s yours.
The night before the big climb, you’re dreaming of planting your flag (which is actually a pair of polka-dot underpants on a stick) at the very top. Suddenly, your tent collapses! Turns out, a family of overly enthusiastic mountain goats decided it was a tasty snack. No dramatic music, no flashing lights – just poof, tent gone!
Now, you could get all grumpy and think the mountain goats have a personal vendetta against your underpants-flag dreams. But hey, sometimes silly stuff just happens! Maybe those goats were just really hungry for nylon.
It’s awesome that you’re determined to climb Mount Gigglepuff! But if a bunch of hungry goats (or, you know, something less fuzzy) messes up your plans, don’t get too attached to that one way of doing things. Maybe climbing without a tent means you get to sleep under the stars and count sheep that actually say “baa-hilarous!” Being ready to laugh and change your plans might just lead to an even funnier and more amazing adventure on Mount Gigglepuff!
Just try not to offer the goats your googly-eyed boots.
